A Man Who Owes Can Still Eat- Freddie Blay In Trouble After Making This Defensive Statement For Nana

Freddie Blay finds himself in hot soups after a defensive statement for the new patriotic party was posted online. The Npp have defended most of their actions using several excuses. The former president, his excellency John Dramani Mahama made series of comments implying that the presidential seat is not as easy as it looks and that is why people who do not have the position yet should not rant their mouths. The statement was made purposely to criticize the Npp over poor decisions and why they should not have criticized him when he was in power.

This was the picture being painted by the interviewees of Freddie Blay on Ghone television. The government, with Nana leading this decision has ordered the release of 25 million cedis for the construction of the national cathedral. In times of difficulties and economic crisis, such outrageous amounts and unnecessary spendings have been criticized heavily by Ghanaians. The decision to make Ghana a better place does not involve spending unnecessarily and that is why many people think the comfort of Ghanaians should be prioritized.

When he was asked about the release of such an amount during this time, he defended the action without a blink of an eyes. Freddie Blay stated that even a man who owes an amount of money still has the chance to eat. The adage which was said directly in twi implied that even though there is economic crisis and problems here and there, it does not mean the government should not have the privilege to continue with a project like the national cathedral which they are most focused on. Freddie Blay has however earned himself a pool of insults from people who have watched the short episode of the interview that was shared by Ghone television. Is this a great decision bh government?
