Former President John Dramani Mahama brought to the table, a lot of mouth watery promises to Ghanaians in the run-up to the 2020 election, and the interesting part was that every Ghanaian had a share in the “People’s Manifesto”. One of the promises, which caused many controversies on social media is the legalization of Okada. Whiles some NPP communicators blasted the former President for such an initiative, others also said it was unfeasible and impossible.
Today, the Member of Parliament for the Madina Constituency, Honorable Francis Xavier Sosu, has fulfilled the promise of sharing motorcycles with Madina constituents who are interested in the Okada business.
“Many believed it was too good to be true. Operating in the Office of the Member of Parliament for Madina Constituency, Madina Job Center is proud and happy to announce the first deployment of Motorcycles under the Madina Youth in Driving and Riding Initiative. Changing one life at a time. On 3rd June, 10 constituents will receive their motorcycles and will begin work immediately.”, Francis Xavier Sosu revealed.
