PETER Nwachukwu, the spouse of the late gospel artiste, Osinachi Nwachukwu, could confront capital punishment following a 23-count charge documented against him by the Nigerian government over the passing of his significant other.
The charges recorded against him under the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 incorporate blamable murder, which is deserving of death under Section 221 of the Penal Code.

Nwachukwu has, since his capture, been kept at the Lugbe Divisional Police Headquarters, Abuja, since April.The capture followed claims that Nwachukwu was associated with the demise of his significant other.
He was blamed for truly mishandling his significant other on many events and kicking her on the chest, prompting her demise.
Osinachi passed on last month subsequent to going through days at a medical clinic in Abuja.
