Ashanti Regional chairman for the New Patriotic Party Benard Antwi Bosiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi is trending on social media over the Regional executive election for the NPP. The incumbent regional chairman is confident in winning the seat once again as he believes he has more to offer his party.
Before the election there were some delegates who came out to speak against him, and how they were going to vote against him this time round in the elections. Looking at how things are going now it seems the delegates still love him and wants him to continue his job.
According to reports on the election grounds, Chairman Wontumi has won two polling stations out of the 4 stations to be announced. Responding to this good news, Chairman Wontumi decided to dance with some fans at the Kumasi sports stadium as they wait for the rest of the results.
