Ghana’s Premier football club Accra Hearts of Oak will return to work on Monday afternoon after being given the all clear by the Ghana Health Service, GHS to resume their duties.
The Phobians were put on ice by the GHS after a strange illness broke out in their camp affecting some players and technical team members.
After looking into the cause of the ailment, the GHS has given the club the all clear to return to the field after their matches were postponed upon the recommendation of the GHS by the Ghana Football Association, GFA.
Hearts of Oak who have an outstanding game with Techiman Eleven Wonders to play, will take on Karela United as they return to the pitch on Monday.
This GPL Matchday 31 encounter will come off at the Accra Sports Stadium as the Phobians continue with the defence of the title they won last season.
The club has taken to their media channels to announce their preparedness for this upcoming fixture, calling on their supporters to turn up massively at the stadium on Monday to cheer them unto victory.
They are in high spirits of winning this encounter as well as their remaining matches this season as they seek to win silverware.
Hearts of Oak remain hopeful of successfully defending the title despite being nine points behind leaders Asante Kotoko with five matches to end the campaign.
