News coming in indicates that two hundred and seventy forest guards in Ghana have successfully ended their training course with the ministry.Â
This course was an 18 days of intense training of persons who will guard wildlife and also forest trees in Ghana.
The trainees went through some physical training activities such as weapon handling, dismantling and reassembling of guns, target shooting and Tae-Kwan-Do training defence among others.
These soldiers have been urged to use their weapons and also skills to protect the wildlife and also the trees in the forest from some human activities.

The ministry also revealed that they are committed to make Ghana green again. For this reason, the ministry and other stakeholders are willing to plant trees in most parts of the country.
