The firm and outspoken media personality, Blessed Godsbrain Smart but popularly known as Captain Smart reveals that the Greater Accra Regional Minister was devastated when he witnessed the situation at Nima in the Greater Accra Region.
According to Captain Smart, he met and spoke with the Greater Accra Regional Minister, and looking at his actions he could see that the minister was miserable.
Captain Smart said when he had a conversation with the Greater Accra Regional Minister, he made it clear that Ghana does not have visionary leaders to develop the country.
Captain Smart also said the Greater Accra Regional Minister told him that the government has seen all that is happening in the country but the money to solve the problems is not there.
The Greater Accra Regional Minister said the government has no money to solve the problems of floods in the country and that is why they are mute.
