Fixthecountry Conveynor Oliver Barker-Vormawor has asserted that he has seen the list of State Owned Properties at Cantonments valued at millions Of Dollars but sold as low as 6,000 cedis.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Wednesday, 25th May 2022, he wrote;
“The Government through its Ministry of Truth is saying that if “you see something say something”.
Snitch on your Neighbours and your parents.
Well I have seen the list of State owned properties at Cantonments valued at millions of dollars sold for chicken change. Sometimes as low as 6,000 cedis.
Does that count? Republic of Thieves.”
The comments of Oliver Barker comes as a background “If you see something say something” campaign by the Ministry of National Security.
“If You See Something, Say Something” is a national campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.
It is reported that Ghana is cautious of terrorist attacks on some neighboring countries like Togo and hence the Ghana security is on high alert.
Oliver doubts if his assertion of seeing list of State Owned Properties sold at low prices may count of reported.
