Tuesday morning, the presenter of the morning program on Onua TV/FM, Captain Smart, travelled to the STC Yard in Accra in order to provide a report on the flooding that has been affecting the capital city.
Unfortunately for him, he was submerged in floodwaters up to his waist and became stranded as a result.
However, he was rescued from the sewers by random people who happened to be walking by at the time.
