Parliament House Is A Crime Scene – McCarthy

The Editor of the Hawk Newspaper, Charles McCarthy in an interview on TV XYZ with the host of a program titled “Abranaa so”, Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah says the Parliament house of Ghana is a crime scene because that is where corruption first takes place.

According to Charles McCarthy, all the decisions made in Parliament that the Ghanaians never agreed on were due to corruption which is why they have been approved. A perfect example is the tax on electronic transactions (E-levy) whiles Agyapa Minerals Royalties Deal is also in the process to be approved.

Charles McCarthy went ahead to say the speaker of parliament, Rt. Honorable Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin even came out to relate the fact that the Parliament house is full of corruption.

Ghanaians can also attest to the fact that the Parliament house is a crime scene because people the minority members of Parliament were against the implementation of the tax on electronic transactions (E-levy) but all of a sudden, it has been approved.
