Former NDC Presidential Hopeful Battles It Out In Court As Defendant Pushes Him To A Tight Corner.

Former Presidential Hopeful for the National Democratic Congress Mr Stephen Atubiga is still Battling his case in court. Defendants in his summons have pushed him to a very tight corner as they have ignored an Alternative Dispute resolution command.

According to a Facebook post made by Stephen Atubiga, the Defendant is his tenant who has refused to leave his house despite eviction.

After sending him to court, the Presiding Judge proposed that they go home and use the Alternative Dispute resolution mechanism. The tenant has reportedly ignored this Alternative and still wants the case opened in the court. Again, he is planning to put a counter suit of Defamation against Honorable Stephen Atubiga.

The tenant has reportedly printed some Facebook post from Stephen Atubiga’s page which depicts Defamation.

According to Stephen Atubiga, he don’t see why he will build his house with his own money for a tenant to treat him this way. He wants landlords and student lawyers to use this as a case study.
