The recent circulating news that has undoubtedly sparked massive stir, debates, and arguments across all social media platforms aside from breaking the hearts of most Ghanaians was the untimely death of another 28-year-old man at Nkoranza.
Speaking in a recent interview on JoyNews over the most talked about issue, the spokesperson for the bereaving family, Dr. Matthias Sarkodie unexpectedly revealed that, an unknown military man informed the police about the robbery around the vicinity where the deceased was hence leading to the unfortunate incident.
“Kwesi was not part of the armed robbers. The police intercepted him at a village called Asekye. They met him over there and searched his bag and found out he had a laptop, and a charger to set the decoder; that was what they saw in the bag. So, as soon as Kwesi left the barrier, they had a call from someone in town, a military man that there was an armed robbery attack in the valley. So, if they knew Albert’s number, they would have called him to come back. So the following day according to the sergeant at the barrier, they called the policeman at Nkoranza and informed him that, that guy they picked in the night was not part of the armed robbers”, Dr. Matthias Sarkodie emphatically revealed.
