All must condemn the barbaric and gruesome murder of Nigerian student, Deborah Samuel just because of her choice of religion.
The government of Nigeria must be seen doing much to avoid such dastardly acts of cowardice by persons who continue to hide behind religion to perpetuate such heinous crimes against humanity.
I am young and never met Jesus Christ, I never met the Prophet Mohammed either and so is the case with all of us on planet earth today, so why this extreme “religious unethical culture”?
“Even the prophet Muhammad was a man of peace and tolerance, he tolerated every behaviour a bedouin man who urinated in his Masjid, when Umar Ibn Al Khattab stood up to discipline him, the prophet said, “Allow him to finish and let him go in peace”.
I also think however that we must all be tolerant of our divergent religious views and equally be respectful towards to views of others their religious beliefs. In as much as I condemn Deborah Samuel who was dastardly killed, we cannot endorse the misconduct of taking a life.
The killing of the young lady is alien to Islam and inhuman. Both Christians and Muslims have lived and must continue to live in harmony, it’s the peace we seek for the world. Don’t look down on the religion of others.
