The convenor for the FixTheCountry movement, Oliver Baker Vormawor has boldly revealed how President Akufo-Addo decided to sack anyone who didn’t like or were not in support of the Agyapa Deal.

The finance minister, during a press briefing on Thursday, May 12, 2022, revealed that the Agyapa Deal is still on the table and they’ve not completely thrown it out. The deal is about Ghana seeking to collateralize our mineral resources in the country.

While speaking on TV XYZ on Saturday, May 14, 2022, Oliver Baker dealer that, the President, Akufo-Addo has relieved anyone who is not in support of the deal of their position or other words ‘sack’ them.

He revealed that both the former Attorney General, Gloria Akufo, and Martin Amidu revealed that the Agyapa deal wasn’t a good one and so the government should throw it out, and they were both relieved of their positions.

” Former Attorney General Gloria Akufo after her assessment of the Agyapa deal wrote in her report that the deal is a bad one. The next person was a former special prosecutor, Martin Amidu. Surprisingly, the two have been sacked from their positions, and new appointments made. What does it tell Ghanaians? That anyone who doesn’t support the deal will be sacked by Akufo-Addo. This is how bad it is.” Oliver Barker said on TV XYZ.

Do you believe the two sacking had nothing to do with the Agyapa deal and so Oliver should keep quiet?
