Reigning Artiste Of the year at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Awards, Dennis Nana Dwamena, widely known as Kidi has revealed the secret behind the consistent successes of his record label, Lynx Entertainment.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with the ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty, the “Touch It” crooner explained that there is no roadmap to winning awards within Lynx Entertainment but there has always been a roadmap to winning and thriving in the music industry.
He stated that his record label has dedicated their lives to working hard consistently and since they’ve managed to gain the experience over the years, there’s always a roadmap to winning as a label and making sure every artiste on the label succeeds at the end of every year.
“There’s no relaxing for anybody in Lynx Entertainment, it is about constant hard work and I always say that Lynx is a group of people who have been doing this for years and they know what they are doing so there’s a roadmap to winning in general not awards”, he said.
He stated that Lynx Entertainment always begins with the focus of being better than the previous year, hence they hold discussions to identify their strength and weaknesses over the previous year in order to correct their mistakes and become better.
“At the beginning of every year, we sit down and have meetings, we look at the previous year what we did right and wrong, so moving forward we can do this better, we should stop doing this, so when we start the year, we start with the focus of being better than the previous year”, he added.
