In other news, highly opinionated Ghanaian media personality and reggae musician, Blakk Rasta has gone after the SarkCess boss, Michael Owusu Addo, well known as Sarkodie, describing him as a “miming artiste”.
Speaking in an interview on Citi TV with Nana Tuffour and Frema Adunyame, Blakk Rasta intimated that the all-time Ghanaian best rapper mostly mimes at most of his performances and it doesn’t speak well of him as one of the best in Ghanaian music.
He expressed his disappointment in Sarkodie’s performance at the “Accra In Paris” show in France, saying his “Adonai” performance did not impress him since he mimed Castro’s part in addition to his version of the song.
He cited that the likes of Manifest learned how to perform with the live band because that is the only way the fans or the audience gets to know the musician’s true energy and talent.
