The night of awarding musicians and their creative works took place yesterday at the Grand Arena, Accra conference center. Incase you missed it yesterday don’t worry that was just a part one of the event, There is going to be a second phase today on 7th May, 2022 which has most of the challenging categories to be awarded. The night aside the awards presentation saw some beautiful performance from our musicians which we will never forget in the history of Ghana Music awards, The show was hosted by Rapper Edem and Aj Pounds.
The night saw performances from The evergreen Celestine Donkor, Kofi Kinaata, Samini Dagati and some other artiste. Let’s check out some pictures of their performance on the VGMA stage yesterday. 
Aside the performance some awards were given on the night. Fameye won the Song writer of the year, Bosom P young won best Video, Kwaisey Pee also won Best male vocal performer.
