Most ministries and sectors and SOE’s , per the reports of the Auditor General, have recorded financial irregularities and losses, which counters Nana Addo’s vow. Also, the government has also failed in the fight of corruption. Not only that, but also, the President and his appointees enjoyed an increment in their salaries despite his vow to protect the public purse. The hiring of luxurious jets and frivolous expenditures amongst others speaks otherwise.
