President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has incurred the bastardizing of Ghanaians with a comment that Ghanaians believe it’s the opposite of what he mentioned out there to the whole world. Displeasure
Speaking at the Inaugural Africa Lecture of the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC, in the United States of America the president made a surprising statement concerning how God enabled him to give him power in leading Ghana into deserving self-reliance, sustained progress, and prosperity.
Here’s the comment that sparked all the agitations: “I indicated in my remarks that I am a Christian in politics, who is unashamed of asserting my Christian faith as part of my political calling. It is this faith, and this belief in God’s power to transform difficult situations into beacons of hope, that has animated my vision for moving Ghana to a situation beyond aid, and putting the country onto the road of self-reliance, sustained progress, and prosperity”.

Here are reactions from Ghanaians over the comments President Nana Addo uttered:
• Mr. President, Ghanaians are suffering, we are suffering! Please Stop the self-aggrandizements, and put measures in place to relieve us from the economic pressure.
• Ghana is bleeding. Nana does something about it. Everything is getting out of hand. You increased taxes without increasing salaries. How do you expect us to survive?
• Good, but if all these exposures don’t affect us positively and just to your glory then it’s of No essence to us.
