One of the strong members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe said Alan Kyeremanteng is not the best candidate for NPP in 2024 and it will be difficult for him to lead the party.
According to Dr. Tamakloe, the trade minister Alan Kyeremanteng is not a strong candidate for NPP to stand firm as a flagbearer in 2024 to win power.
He added that the trade minister has no courage and has not been able to take a bold decision base on his principles since 2008 when he started contesting for the flagbearership position.
Dr. Tamakloe stated that Mr. Alan Kyeremanteng should have exhibited courage and resigned from the Nana Addo government and path a way for his political future and that is where he, Tamakloe would have followed him to any place.
“Alan I expected to have resigned in principle some time ago and if he had done that, I, Nyaho, would have followed him to any place but he didn’t have the courage. If Alan had done that, he would have path a way for his political future.” He said.
“I saw Alan as a principle person, because people who have principles, their integrity is on the line and if you have to be a leader, that is the key point,” he lamented. He added.
Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe said this today 4th May 2022 in an interview on Metro TV.
