“If you will check the SMS that comes after a deposit, you would see at the footnote that cash-in is free, do not pay any money to the agent.”
“So, it is not that Vodafone doesn’t charge and we charge, no. We pay them for their services. Every agent signs an agent code of conduct.”
Addressing issue 2 on e-levy, here’s what was said:
“The only time you pay e-levy is when you transact from your account. The only time you don’t pay e-levy is when you transact through an agent.”
