The only reason why people are suffering currently is because they are not being favored by the government. At the age of 18, the average Ghanaian in the educational system is almost done or has finally completed secondary school education. People with much lower age range are completing and this means that a young adult of about 24 years should be employed and working in the country if he or she can not make a living through any entrepreneurial means.
But it is a no for Ghana. Most people are homeless and it’s because they are jobless. People can barely get a three square meal in a day since one is even a problem. The prices of food have increased and this outrageous amount is what is keeping most people in their shelters scared and wondering what could happen next. Speaking on these matters, John Mahama said that he will not be surprised if most of us as Ghanaians retire unemployed. From how things are going, you will retire unemployed because you might be 60 years and having no work to do- Mahama stated.
John Mahama said this and many others which according to him is obnoxious and outrageous. John Mahama in his defense against the government on these outrageous taxes said that the reason why people in the Npp themselves the president, his excellency Nana Addo are fumbling and do not know what answer to give or what to tell the public is because they have lost track of what they were doing. In the ongoing Ghana at crossroads address where he is speaking on these issues and many others, he has revealed that the 2012 government under the Ndc has been referred to as one of the most successful governments by many polls and statistics and that is because they did not come to joke but make the economy better.
