A concerned Ghanaian who happens to be the programs manager of Ghana Integrity Initiative, Mary Addah has boldly sent a strong message to President Akufo-Addo about corruption.
While speaking in an interview with News File on Joy News this Saturday, April 30, 2022, Madam Mary Addah boldly revealed that corruption under this Akufo-Addo government has deprived all Ghanaians of enjoying the benefits of the national cake.
She added corruption has just made a few people in government enjoy the national cake leaving the poor to suffer.
” Unfortunately for us, Corruption has taken the benefit of the national cake from all of us. A few people in the country who are in government tend to enjoy the national cake and that’s very unfortunate. Now, graduates’ unemployment associations are also around and a lot of things are not going well. Of course, this is not what democracy taught all of us.” Madam Mary boldly revealed.
She was speaking on democracy in Ghana and how far we’ve come as a country.
