Being a first lady of Ghana means that you are the wife of the incumbent president of Ghana.
Rebecca Akuffo Addo is Ghana’s current first lady who has been in this position since 2017.

#1. Patricia Christabel Kyeremanteng
Madam Patricia Kyeremanteng is one of the potential ladies in Ghana to be the next first lady of Ghana. She is the wife of Alan Kyeremanteng. Alan Kyeremanteng has ambition to become the flag bearer of the NPP. Patrica Kyeremanteng is likely to be the first lady of Ghana if Alan Kyeremanteng wins both the primaries and the general election.
Madam Patricia is the daughter of Ghana’s Electoral Commissioner in 1979. She has two children namely Alexander Kyeremanteng and Victor Kyeremanteng.
#2. Lordina Mahama
Lordina Mahama has served as the first lady of the republic of Ghana for more than four years before. Her husband is Ghana’s immediate past president, John Dramani Mahama. John Mahama seems to be NDC’s favorite to win in 2024 and Lordina Mahama will surely grab the first lady position if this happens. She hails from Nkoranza. She is married with five children.
#3. Samira Bawumia
She is the wife of Ghana’s current vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. It is known that the vice president also has a strong ambition to lead the NPP into the 2024 general elections. Samira Bawumia, who is the second lady is likely to be the next first lady. Samira Bawumia was born on 20th August, 1980. She had her senior high school education at Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School in Saltpond. She also attended KNUST for her first degree in Social Science in Law and Sociology and Technology. She is a multi-lingua, fluent in Ewe, Ga, Twi, Fanti and Mamprusi.
#4. Anita Ayariga
The leader of APC, Hassan Ayariga seems to have a strong agenda and vision on winning the 2024 General elections. His wife, Anita Ayariga will be the first lady of Ghana if his husband wins. Anita Ayariga is a business woman who had her tertiary education at KNUST. She has three three children(three girls, two boys).
