Ghana’s first United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Goodwill Ambassador, Nikki Samonas made her request known to her followers and sympathizers through a social media post, on Instagram. She captioned the post, “To my Muslim brothers and sisters, I wish you peaceful and joyful last blessed days of Ramadan. Please take a moment to donate your Sadaqah to displaced families living in poverty this Ramadan, click on the link in bio”.
