Pentecost Takes Akosombo By Storm; Serves Free Fufu With Pork And Other Dishes To Hungry Residents

The Church of Pentecost has taken inspiration from popular Ghanaian pastor, Ajagurajah as they storm Akosombo township today to serve nice African dishes to hungry workers on the streets.

The initiative was a combined evangelical mission of the Women’s Ministry, Pentecost Men’s Ministry and the Youth Ministry of the New combined District of the Church of Pentecost.

The Church prepared and served about 120 people, mostly commercial drivers and traders in the city. They served them with some of the best African dishes fufu with some pork, palm nut soup and groundnut soups, jollof rice with big chicken thighs, banku with okro and meat. After which they shared the gospel of Jesus Christ with them

This innovative soul wining exercise was spearheaded by the District minister Pastor Martin Berko Kesse and his wife Esther with support from the leaders of the various ministries.

After the program, six commercial drivers and two market women gave their lives to Christ.
