The Ace broadcaster captain smart God’s brain has sounded a strong warning to people with presidential ambitions to be within a certain age frame.
According to him, it is about time Africans and Ghanaians beginning to think about entrusting political powers to fresh brains. Therefore, vehemently asserted to vote against for individuals with presidential ambitions and are above the age of 60.
He made this comment after having interviewed the professor and Dean of the University of Ghana business School, Professor Justice Bawole who in recent times stated that the aged should retire early and allowed youth to take up responsibilities in the governance space and other enterprises.
The professor stated that they have been a couple of times when the aged in office change their date of birth to prolong their stay in office, “this has to stop”—he asserted.
He also stated emphatically that conditions should be made available to allow the aged to retire early and create businesses, than to always say the youth should create their own businesses.
This doesn’t sound right as the aged are the ones with vast experience and resources to succeed in creating businesses and not the youth and for that matter, they should prepare to retire early and allow the youth to occupy spaces in the various field of work.
