Ghanaian striker Kwame Peprah has found his feet in South Africa for Orlando Pirates. His first few matches hasn’t been easy for him. His talent was never in doubt. His contribution to the team can’t be underestimated. The only thing lacking was the goals to compliment his efforts. And the goals have started flowing. He has scored 7 goals in all competitions.
Against Simba SC in the CAF Confederation Cup second leg this evening, he was at his imperious best. He tormented the Simba defence with his movements and trickery. His efforts were rewarded when he scored the winner to send the game to penalties. Orlando Pirates lost the first leg by a lone goal. The game had to be decided on penalties. Richard Ofori was the hero of the day. His performance throughout the game was superb.
