Incoming Man. United Boss To Be Given £120m On Revitalising The Squad Next Season – Rumors Emerges

According to Sky Sports earlier today in a tweet, incoming Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is suspected to handle a budget of £120m to revitalize the current squad for next season.

Manchester United we know from the days of Robin van Persie, Javier Hernandez, Michael Carrick, Rio Ferdinand, Nemamja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, and a quite few others in the season 2012/2013 seems forever gone to experience such momentum once again. Since then the club have suffered a major setback in the league, going nine years without the title, and assessing all things considered it seems to be far-fetched given the huge boost in Liverpool and Manchester City squad.

A dozen of changes in the managerial ship have also taken place but to no avail and the latest news to take the sit is at the lead role of the club for next season is Erik ten Haag, a former ex-Ajax manager and doing so, its been reported that a budge around £120m has been set by the board to revitalize the squad which many pundits are puzzled and value such amount as penniless on the dollar given the current market value on hot prospects.

Assessing the current squad of the team not least four top-notch players are needed, two central defenders, a holding midfield, and a striker. The ‘Red Devils’ best defender this season is Raphael Varane and to find an equal pair splashing the cash not less than £40m is a guide and two players are needed – Harry Maguire, Phil Jones, and Eric Bailly are long past their days. Talk of the midfield – a holding midfielder is needed to provide competition for Fred and Scott McTominay – Nemanja Matic looks less active at age 33 and Paul Pogba have found interest in the attacking phase the more making him vulnerable in the defensive midfield role and with that, a good cover will not cost less than £60m. Also, the lead striker in the team Cristiano Ronaldo needs some cover as a shadow striker and a high sum of money needs to splash not less than £60m.

In all, a budget of £200m sounds to add a lot of competition but here in the case of £120 rumors are suspected to be handled by the new boss for next season. As a Manchester United fan, what is your take on the rumored budget?.
