In other news, the Kumarica-based music group, Askaa Boys made up of Jay Bahd, Kweku DMC, O’Kenneth, and City Boy have debunked claims of ever using their music to endorse the use of hard drugs or promote any form of uncultured behaviors among the youth.

Speaking in an interview on the Delay Show with Deloris Frimpong, Kweku DMC, a member of the clique said that their songs do not promote bad practices among the youth since they currently hold the masses.

He said that our generation is already used to hard drugs, reckless sexual lifestyles, money, and other uncalled practices, hence they are not the first to ever preach or use these practices in their songs.

They claim they have never used drugs be it weed or codeine for themselves, thus the fact that they use them in their songs doesn’t mean they are into such ventures.
