Online shopping is one of the easiest ways to purchase an item. These items are delivered to us and then we pay for the items. Many people enjoy shopping online because it is easy and reliable but there is one problem; some online shoppers do not get exactly what they ordered. This makes them angry. A similar situation has happened to a middle-aged Nigerian lady.
This lady recorded a video and posted it on her social media handle explaining what an online vendor did to her. According to hair, she was scrolling through a particular online shop and she saw a cute wig that she wanted to purchase. She put a photo of the wig on the screen. The wig was indeed nice. When the product was ordered for her, it was something else. She opened her package and to her surprise, an old wig had been delivered to her. The wig looked very old and ‘ugly’.
The lady said she paid twenty-five thousand Naira for the wig and two thousand Naira for the delivery of the wig. She is now disappointed because she didn’t get what she ordered. She vowed in the video that she will do anything to get her money back. She also said that she made the video so that nothing similar would happen to someone.
