Unlikely as we thought, the wife of Ghanaian Actor Majid Michel never had any problems with the ‘bad boy’ roles of her husband.
Majid who has now turned into a preacher claimed that speculations that his wife had troubles with his bad boy roles are all fallacious.
He made this disclosure while talking to Kent Mensah on Sunday Night on Asaase Radio;
Majid said;
“My wife is God-sent. She’s completely and absolutely different from any human being. She reads all my scripts before I even do them.”
“She understands film more than anybody else. She knows what happens and what goes into filmmaking. She’s never had one problem with any of the movies I’ve done.
“She confirms them [movies] before I do. That was one of the things the bloggers tried to put out but that was not true.”

In other news, Ghanaian actor and preacher Majid Michel has asserted that God created ‘weed’ and there is nothing wrong with its usage.
According to him, God created ‘weed’ for its medicinal purposes. However, he urged the youth who are not up to 25 years of age to desist from the usage of the herb.
He also called on the government to legalise the use of ‘weed’ in the country. In an interview with Kent Mensah on Sunday Night on Asaase Radio, Majid said;
“I’ve done drugs before, I’ve indulged in drugs before. I’ve done hard drugs. I don’t mean weed. I don’t see anything wrong with ‘weed’.
It was God-made. It was created by God.

“I’ve never heard of anybody who has overdosed on weed … I’ve done things out of weed. I’ve done cocaine. LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) …I’ve done other drugs that if I told you right now, you’ll not be able to pronounce. These were years back … and I didn’t struggle to overcome it.”
“Maybe because of the smoke…maybe that’s why health-wise to smoke it’s not the best but to brew it, to drink it; I don’t see anything wrong with it. You drink teas, don’t you?”
Majid said: “I am for it completely but then again before anything is legalised, the government must make sure that they are ready to take responsibility and must exhaust the consequences that come with the legalisation of ‘weed’ before a decision is made.”
He added: “Before the government decides to pass a law for the legalisation of weed then they must make sure that they have exhausted all possible avenues … by learning from countries who have done it.”
“if the government is not ready to take responsibility for the consequences [for legalising ‘weed’] then it shouldn’t take that decision,” he said.
