Coca-Cola Launches Campaign For Its New Variant Coca-Cola Zero Sugar | Industry & Manufacturing

Coca-Cola Ghana has launched a new and improved recipe of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. The new refreshing recipe and bold packaging promise to deliver a more delicious and refreshing taste.

Speaking during the launch event dubbed ZERO GRAVITY and with the unveiling of the “You need to try it first campaign”, Arnaud N’Guessan, Frontline Marketing Director of Coca-Cola – West, Islands and Mid-Africa (WIMA) Franchise said that the new Coca-Cola Zero Sugar recipe has bridged the gap even further, enabling Coke fans to enjoy their favourite beverage and embrace a balanced lifestyle.

“The introduction of Coca‑Cola No Sugar is in line with more comprehensive actions we are taking to evolve our recipes, help reduce sugar in our soft drink portfolio and offer consumers a choice of low and no-sugar drinks, including smaller pack sizes,” added Arnaud N’Guessan.

The new Coca‑Cola No Sugar will be available on store shelves nationwide starting this month in the following formats: 30cl glass bottle, 30cl, 50cl and 1.5L PET bottle. A black Spencerian script font on the PET bottles will denote the new Zero Sugar variant.

The new design is simple and celebrates Coca-Cola’s elegance and iconicity, providing an intuitive colour navigation system across the different Coca-Cola variants.

The “You need to try it first campaign” for Coca-Cola Zero Sugar invites consumers to discover the unique experience of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, guaranteeing the best refreshing and tasty experience, which is the result of continuous investment in research and development.

This campaign will feature on television, radio digital, out-of-home assets, and influencer engagement where local Gen Z influencers in Ghana will share their experiences on tasting the new Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and invite their followers to be the first to try it.

The Corporate Affairs Director of Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company(ECCBC)-West African Countries Business Unit, Bethel Yeboah said the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar comes close to the original taste of Coca-Cola Classic thereby offering choice to that special consumer who wants to enjoy their favourite Coca-Cola but without sugar.

I would like to add that, just as you have enjoyed this great recipe and affirmed your approval for its patronage, we would encourage that you share your experience with others and invite them to also try this new and improved recipe which is available at all retail outlets and supermarkets in Ghana, he said”
