Menstrual cramps really affect most ladies, to the extent that they can’t have a productive day. In this article, I have gathered two ways on how to reduce menstrual cramps.Â

1. Bath with luke warm water:
Instead of using a heating pad, you can opt to rub your abdomen with the luke warm water, before you start to have your bath. You can also pour some of the water down there, to ease the pain.
2. Apply dusting powder:Â
I use, paradis to be specific and really works for me. You can apply it just at the tip of your pad, enough to feel the burning sensation. You can use the one you truly want.
