Teachers in time past struggle to provide decent accommodation for their family whiles in the service. Sadly, a significant number of retired teachers still live in renter apartments, compound houses whiles they battle to complete theirs.
This is because securing a mortgage from financial institutions is a herculean task due to lack of good working conditions relating to salary and other remuneration.
