Ghanaians Descend On Nana Addo As He Claims His Government Invested More Into This Than Any Other.

The country currently is staking on a thin ice as the government in power is trying all it can to get the country back into its feet amidst series of criticisms from oppositions and citizens. The country has seen a increase in budgets and prices of goods and services for which the latest in the country is the increment of the prices of sachet water from 20ps. to 40ps.

Following this problems which has befallen the nation, the president of the republic has taken an initiative to calm down the citizens as he makes available to them his achievements in many sectors operating in the county. This in turn may give them a thinking time to appreciate all what he is doing to get the nation back into its feet. Not long ago, he shared one of his achievements in the educational sector which is let of his “2021 under review initiative”. This post of his has attracted series of reactions all over and this is what he shared:

”My government has invested more in education and teachers, and will continue to ensure that opportunities to access/own homes during and after retirement are available to teachers.” He also assured that, ten thousand housing units will be completed in the next two years for teachers across the country at an affordable rate.

In relation with this post of his, many netizens retweeted showing their dissatisfaction to this statements of his. Many netizens claim his investment in the educational sector was student centered and not both for teachers and students. As at now, some teachers have funds locked up in the government’s coffers for which a typical example is the tertiary teachers (UTAG).
