Orange Democratic party leader, Hounerable Raila Odinga was today forced to pause his speech for few minutes in Mombasa County. According to the video Shared online, ODM supremo was engaging residents who had Joined Mombasa governor in Christmas tree light festival when he paused a question on Joho’s next move come 2022. Odinga asked residents if they will allow their governor to Officially Join him at the national level politics after his tenure elapses. Seemingly happy crowd reacted by shouting back agreeing with Odinga to pick Joho and mentor him to national Politics.Here is the link to the video.
Odinga is currently in Mombasa where he is expected to meet different leaders and stakeholders in a meeting that is aimed at consolidating coastal region, a region which has stood by him for years in politics. Well, the second in command is also in the region where he has been seen engaging locals in roadside rallies. Ruto has been touring the region with an aim of winning it over Ahead of next year’s general election. Well, let’s wait and see how things will play out soon.
