Black Stars is the name of Ghana’s football club. They represent Ghana when playing in international matches like, AFCON, FIFA or ever friendly matches. They are without doubt good at what they do.

The Black Stars are to prepare for the upcoming AFCON cup and they are hoping to win the trophy. To do this, they will need all their top players back on the pitch. Jordan Ayew who scored his first goal for Crystal Palace after over 1 year will be joining the squad.

Thomas Partey also will also make it to the squad. However, one player named Mohammed Salisu refused to play for the Black Stars in the AFCON cup. He currently plays for Southampton as a defender.

This refusal sparked up a lot of controversies including the idea that the Black Stars should “stop using ‘juju’ “. That may sound ridiculous in this modern age but it is still a possibility.

Some Ghanaians accused them of using Juju. As to whether it is true or not, only the team themselves know. In either case, it is the expectation of almost every Ghanaian that the Black Stars should win the trophy.
