The man and coach of the moment Yussif Basigi is currently making headlines in the media and football lovers seem to be very proud of him.
Yusif Basigi is the head coach of the Hasaacas Ladies football club and has made name for himself in Ghana due to his effort in helping the club to achieve numerous trophies both in Ghana and Africa.
The formal Ghanaian Black Queen’s coach was interviewed on Angel FM about how he was able to win all these trophies with Hasaacas Ladies. And what has kept him going and winning trophies the club.
He made it known to the host on the Angel FM that he has coached the women’s club for about 18 years. He takes no salary but the fact that these girls get the opportunity to play in Europe and even build houses in their country is rewarding for him.
A notable thing he revealed was that, he picked some of these girls (Hasaacas Ladies players) from primary schools and currently some of them play professional football in Europe. And the very thing that gives him Joy is to see young girls transforming their lives through football.
Yusif Basigi has helped Hasaacas Ladies to win the 2021 Women’s Premier League, the Women’s FA Cup, the Wafu Zone B trophy and became the runners up in the CAF Women Champions League that was hosted in Egypt.
