When it comes to birthday celebrations, most women expect their boyfriends to throw large parties for them. They want to go shopping and buy some things for themselves as well as goods to share with their coworkers when they return to work the next day.
But when it gets to the turn of their boyfriends celebrating their birthdays, these same ladies in return buy cheap things like men boxers and singlets for their guys as their birthday gifts. This according to the lady is your picture is very shameful and embarrassing.
The lady, therefore, advised her colleague ladies to stop buying cheap things for their guys on their birthday if they don’t have the means. She further advised her colleague ladies not to disturb their boyfriends when it gets to their time to celebrate their birthdays.
She spoke in the typical Twi language saying, “My sister, if your boyfriend is celebrating her birthday and you don’t have any proper thing to give him, let him be. Don’t go and buy boxer shorts, socks, handkerchiefs and singlets for him. He is not going to dance adowa. If you think you don’t have let him be, when it gets to your birthday, don’t disturb him”.
Some men in relationships after coming across this lady’s advice thank her for such good advice. Others said that these birthday gifts some ladies have been giving to their boyfriends really hurt and discouraged them but they can’t say it. But this woman has taken battle and she has said it all.
