Ghanaian media personality, Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana also known as Abeiku Santana has stated that he will campaign for the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare if he goes on retirement and decides to contest for presidential elections.
Abeiku Santana stated on his show (Ekwanso Dwoodwo) on Okay FM.
“If the IGP, Dr George Akuffo Dampare goes on retirement from the Police Service and desides to stand as a presidential candidate, I will be his campaign manager. I will campaign for him,” he said.
He also talked about the humanity aspect of Dr George Akuffo Dampare as Inspector General of Police.
Abeiku Santana said Ghanaians should vote for Dr George Akuffo Dampare if he stands for presidential elections in the future.
According to Abeiku Santana, IGP, Dr George Akuffo Dampare can change Ghana. He said Dr George Akuffo Dampare isn’t an office IGP but operations IGP.
He applauded the IGP for his good work. He said the activeness of IGP, Dr George Akuffo Dampare has brought discipline in the system.
