Everton went up against the Gunners, Arsenal in a premier league match. It turned to be a quite interesting match as Everton were quite unlucky. Two of their goals were disallowed thanks to an offside decision. Arsenal, on the other hand, were not the best they could have been.
After scoring a goal at the 45 + 2 minute by Martin for Arsenal, the scores were 0 – 1. Everton were looking disappointed, as minutes earlier a goal of theirs was disallowed. They were trying hard for an equalizer.
At last, the goal came for Everton. It was 1 – 1 thanks to Richarlison at the 79th minute. Everything was a mess for Arsenal, as one of their midfielders was badly trolled for his bad performance. Thomas Partey made a terrible shot at the 17th minute. Some said “He sent the ball back to Kumasi”.
He also made an error that caused Everton to finally score. A poor throw-in led to a tie. Some say, “Indeed, he is a 4 out of 10”. They really lambasted and went all out on the Ghanaian player.
Finally, the dreadful goal came in from Demmai Gray at the 90 + 2 minute to give Everton the win. Everton 2, Arsenal 1.
However, Arsenal made a record of being on of the two clubs to ever score the most goals against a specific club.
