Tweeps have fetched an old tweet of Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie shading Mahama after fuel prices went up during his administration in 2013.
Sarkodie has been an ardent critic of the Mahama-led administration that came to power from 2012 to 2016. His voice was loud and composed many songs to vent his frustrations for the constant lack of power supply which coined the word dumsor.
While he has been silent on the same problems Ghanaians are going through under the NPP and Akufo Addo-led administration, tweeps have not forgotten how he used to throw jabs at the government in 2013 asking him to do the same to Akufo Addo who many believe is worse than John Mahama.
In the tweet, Sarkodie mentioned he was going to pay Mahama a visit after he increased fuel prices.
His tweet was pulled following the sit-down strike by drivers nation over the high increase in fuel prices.
