Former lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has expressed relief over the release of abducted school girls of Government Girls Science Secondary School Jangebe, Zamfara State.
Recall that it was earlier reported that 279 of the abducted students have been released by the bandits.

Reacting to this development, the former lawmaker called for the securing of all schools, who he says are now easy targets for bandits.
He wrote:
“The release of the abducted Students Girls of Jangebe, Zamfara state is a relief and a welcome development. Its clear to us now that students have become easy targets and cash cows for bandits. This repeated tragedy must come to an end. All schools must be secured.”
