Oct. 1 (UPI) — Comedy series Mike & Molly, starring Melissa McCarthy and Billy Gardell, is heading to Nickelodeon’s Nick at Nite block of programming.
Mike & Molly will begin airing on Nick at Nite starting on Monday. All six seasons, which contain 127 episodes, will air weekdays from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. EDT through 2025.
The show follows married couple Mike (Gardell) and Molly (McCarthy) as they live under one roof with Molly’s older sister Victoria (Katy Mixon) and their wine-loving mother Joyce (Swoosie Kurtz).
Mike is a Chicago police officer whose partner is Carl McMillan, portrayed by Reno Wilson. Mike has to deal Molly’s family, his own family and support his wife who is fourth grade teacher with dreams of becoming an author.
Mike & Molly was created by Mark Roberts and executive produced by Chuck Lorre and Al Higgins.
The show is joining Nick at Nite’s comedy lineup, which also includes Friends, Young Sheldon and Mom.
