Sept. 7 (UPI) — Boy Meets World alum Danielle Fishel is a mom of two.
The 40-year-old actress welcomed her second child, son Keaton Joseph, with her husband, Jensen Karp, in August.
Fishel shared the news Sunday on Instagram alongside photos of her elder son, Adler Lawrence, 2, with her baby boy.
“On 8/29/2021 we welcomed Keaton Joseph Karp to the world. He was born on his deceased grandfather Larry’s birthday (like I prayed for!) and his middle name is an homage to his great grandfather who is still here to meet him at almost 98 years old,” Fishel captioned the post.
“Adler is a super(hero) big brother and @jensenkarp and I are thrilled to have him home, healthy and safe, with us. Also, Adler thinks my postpartum care tools are a lot more fun than I do,” she added.
Actress Christy Carlson Romano, Lauren Lapkus and Navia Robinson were among those to congratulate Fishel in the comments.
“Congrats my love!!” Romano wrote.
“Congratulations!! Thrilled for you and the family,” Robinson said.
Fishel announced on her 40th birthday in May that she was expecting her second child.
“I couldn’t be more grateful to enter my 40’s with my amazing husband son, excitedly expecting the arrival of baby boy #2,” Fishel wrote on Instagram.
Fishel is known for playing Topanga on Boy Meets World and its sequel spinoff, Girl Meets World.
