Ghanaian defender, John Boye
Ghanaian defender, John Boye, has wished his former club, FC Metz luck for the new season after making a move to Saudi club Al-Fayha.
The 34-year-old joined Ligue 1 side Metz in 2018 and became a key player in the club, playing consistently whilst putting up impressive performances.
His contract came to an end during the summer and although Metz wanted to keep him for longer, the former Hearts of Lions man opted to move to Saudi Arabia.
He was brought in by Al-Fahya on a free transfer and is expected to make an immediate impact despite reaching the twighlight of his career.
Boye was a starter for the Black Stars in the 2014 World Cup and also featured for his country in other tournaments.
