The leader of the defunct music trio, Praye- Praye Honeho has comically added a different perspective to the unfortunate incident that happened to him and his actress wife last weekend.
The singer and his wife, Beverly Afaglo had their mansion razed down fire on Sunday, August 9, 2021. The actress broke the sad news on Instagram and gave background information on what happened although she never revealed what actually caused the fire. She narrated;
“The fire service got in on time but over 40mins they couldn’t go inside because of the heavy smoke (I was wondering why they don’t have protective gears for smoke.
Why are they not well equipped 😢 gosh) they stood there deliberating and another came and that was the worse, they had to use a generator but it couldn’t start which also took awhile, then another came which went thru a nieghbours house to the back of the house and started putting off the fire but it was too late 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
My mum, the kids nanny,the kids and I are all left with nothing 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 This country let’s stop doing partisan politics and set our priorities right and stop the misplaced priorities. Ghana hmmmmmm”, she wrote.
Her management later released a statement saying they had been inundated with messages from fans who have requested their bank details, including MoMo account so they can help them re-establish themselves again.
That was however opposed by a section of Ghanaians after netizens dug up an old video of Beverly bragging about how rich she was and can globetrot all over the world with the money she makes from her chains of businesses and house rentals.
Responding to this new development, her husband Praye Honeho stated;
“Even the Whole Ghana WEY dey brag say she get everything, CoCoa, Timber, Gold, Oil sef still dey go solicit for funds from Amanoni! Ah well whether Support or Not enogo stop Me from eating My BANKU ! #TGIF 😅😅.”
