Award-winning Highlife musician, Eugene Kwame Marfo, better known as Kuami Eugene has conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to his hometown folks for their massive turnout at his concert.
Kuami Eugene and a bevy of celebrities were at Akim Oda over the weekend to hold a thanksgiving for the people as a way of thanking them for their support.
Kuami has shot down claims that only 12 or 13 people welcomed him as he arrived at the town.
Taking to his Twitter page, the rockstar shared video of how he was warmly received by the people of Akim Oda over the weekend. He treated his townfolks to some good music after he churned out hits after hits during the concert. It has been estimated that over 20,000 concert-goers were present to see the rockstar perform.
