Sister Derby Drops Song To Support LGBTQ Rights As She Intensifies Fight

Popular Ghanaian songstress, Deborah Vannesa, also known as Sister Derby has intensified her fight over the rights of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer (LGBTQ+ individuals.

Sister Derby has closed with a lot of people including the Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram over the bill presented to Parliament to criminalize LGBTQ. The singer has been advocating for the rights of LGBTQ.

The song by Sister Derby which was released today is titled “Supe Super” has the aim of promoting LGBT rights. The song talks about extending a hand to gays and show them, love. She also debunked the perception that there are lesbians and gays in everyone’s home hence they deserve love.

The issue has been trending on social media for a few days as many celebrities hopped on the train of debate to speak against the bill placed before the parliament to criminalize the practice of homosexuality and also the promotion of the act.

Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram constituency Sam Dzata George has dedicated his time to fight some people who are calling for the legalization of the act online. He clashed with Sister Derby, Wanlove Kubolor, Lydia Forson, Kwadown Sheldon, and also the UK Legislator.
